Mentoring opportunity for UICC members working in women’s health
Up to 15 UICC member organisations, whose work centres on women’s health, have the opportunity to strengthen their leadership and management practices through a structured workplace mentoring.

Overview
This mentoring opportunity offers selected organisations one-on-one support from expert mentors to help them tackle specific management and organisational challenges, identified through a structured self-reflection process.
Part of UICC’s broader work on cervical cancer and breast cancer, the initiative builds on UICC's self-guided course 'Management essentials for civil society organisations in the cancer control space', which is available on demand to all UICC members. The opportunity is designed to provide additional tailored support for organisations focused on women’s cancers – areas often marked by serious health inequalities.
In addition to mentoring, selected organisations will benefit from an organisational health check – a structured self-assessment tool to evaluate how well the organisations are functioning across key areas – and group discussions that explore shared issues across different contexts. All sessions are led by experienced consultants from Stone Soup Consulting, who specialise in supporting civil society organisations.
Mentoring is available in English, French or Spanish, however the group sessions complementing the 1-to-1 mentoring will be carried out in English.
