The Senior Finance Manager leads UICC’s finance function, providing strategic financial leadership to support organisational sustainability, governance, risk management, and informed decision-making. The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, financial reporting, audit and compliance activities, while ensuring strong internal controls and financial stewardship across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, COO, Senior Management Team, Treasurer, and the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, the Senior Finance Manager supports effective governance, operational performance, and the long-term financial sustainability of UICC.

The Senior Manager, Health Economics & Financing will provide technical expertise to support national governments in strengthening the financing of their national cancer control plans. The role will focus on creating, convening, and facilitating a global and regional network of health financing and health economist experts to support countries in developing credible, evidence-based investment cases for cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and palliative care, directly linked to the countries participating in UICC’s Cancer Planners Forum.
