The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and the leadership team to successfully conduct the day-to-day management and delivery of all activities. S/he will also work with other UICC teams, UICC Board members and external stakeholders to support the successful achievement of the organisational objectives by helping the CEO specifically organise and manage his workload and time effectively.

UICC is seeking a Knowledge and Advocacy Coordinator to support the implementation of workplans within the Knowledge, Advocacy and Policy team, with a focus on lung cancer, tobacco control and engagement in global advocacy processes. The role supports evidence informed advocacy by synthesising research, coordinating stakeholders, and contributing to high quality communications and reporting.
