Community of practice for organisational strengthening
A dedicated space for managers and leaders of UICC member organisations interested in supporting each other to strengthen their management practices and organisational strategies.
Overview
Organisational strengthening is about systematically improving the structures, processes, skills, and culture that enable organisations to fulfil their mission and achieve lasting impact.
The community of practice for organisational strengthening aims to connect leaders and managers across the UICC membership to share practical experience, insights, and solutions to common organisational challenges. Focused on peer-to-peer learning and real‑world application of management and leadership practices, it complements UICC's foundational course, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical good practices and the varied realities of leading organisations and managing programmes across the UICC membership.
Hosted on UICC Connect, the community of practice consists of a private discussion space where members can share views, ask questions, engage in discussions and connect with peers.
Intended audience
Exclusive to UICC members, the community of practice is specifically aimed at CEOs, administrators, programme managers, team leaders and generally those with management responsibilities in key organisational functions.
As a peer-learning space, the community will ultimately be most valuable to those who are actively navigating organisational challenges and are interested in exploring with peers practical management approaches suited to their contexts.
Anyone interested in joining the community of practice needs to fill in the expression of interest form below.
