The World Cancer Leaders' Summit 2023 took place on 16-17 October, in Long Beach, CA, United States and was hosted by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), the American Cancer Society (ACS), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), MD Anderson Cancer Center and Stand Up To Cancer.
The theme of the WCLS 2023 was "Cancer control in a changing world".
The Summit was held in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The event was open to CEOs of UICC full members, UICC partners and select leaders from the global health and cancer communities.
