UICC Strategy 2026–2036

Built on extensive consultation with UICC’s global community of members and partners, the strategy sets out three priority actions for the coming decade: mobilise political and financial commitment; strengthen the cancer community’s capacity and voice; and drive earlier detection, better treatment, and stronger support across the continuum of care.

Anchored in UICC’s mission to reduce the global burden of cancer, the strategy seeks to advance the targets of the World Cancer Declaration, which was published in 2025 and reflects the priorities and perspectives of UICC’s global membership.
