Implementing 70:90 – Leveraging lessons learned, building momentum

Held in partnership with Jhpiego, this Virtual Dialogue offered an opportunity to reflect on the progress to date since the launch of the WHO Global Strategy for cervical cancer elimination.

The last three years have seen new guidelines and recommendations, continued technological innovation, regional and country-level efforts to drive forward progress to elimination. This Dialogue highlighted lessons learned from the implementation, particularly with regard to screening and treatment, and brought attention to some of the critical issues that still need to be addressed for elimination to be achieved.
