Annual Report 2025
The 2025 Annual Report outlines how the Union for International Cancer Control and its global membership advanced cancer control during a year marked by geopolitical uncertainty and pressure on global health systems. It highlights progress across UICC’s strategic priorities, including people‑centred care, women’s and lung cancers, access to medicines through the ATOM Coalition, stronger national cancer control planning, and multi‑sectoral partnerships.
The report also showcases how UICC united and supported its members across more than 170 countries through advocacy, learning opportunities and knowledge sharing, global convenings such as the World Cancer Leaders’ Summit and Cancer Planners Forum, and initiatives like World Cancer Day and UICC Connect. Together, these efforts demonstrate how collaboration, evidence‑based action and lived experience continue to drive progress towards more equitable cancer prevention, treatment and care worldwide.
