Podcast "Let's Talk Cancer": New technologies revolutionising cancer care

In this podcast episode of Let’s Talk Cancer, Dr Ben Newton of GE Healthcare talks about advances in cancer diagnosis and treatment that improve the early detection of cancer, as well as patients’ chances of survival and experiences.

Promising innovations – such as the use of imaging and artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment – are improving survival rates and patient experience, benefitting the lives of people with cancer in many different ways.

This is particularly important in ensuring that innovations in cancer care also benefit low-income settings, where there is a significant burden of cancers that can otherwise be effectively treated in the early stages.
