UICC opens Call for Sessions for World Cancer Congress 2026

UICC is inviting experts to shape the 2026 World Cancer Congress programme by submitting collaborative, evidence-based session proposals by 12 November 2025.

Submit your proposal ! UICC invites experts across the global cancer and health communities to help shape the programme for World Cancer Congress 2026, taking place 24–26 September 2026 in Hong Kong.

Each accepted session proposal will be granted up to five complimentary registrations. The deadline for the submission of session proposals is 12 November 2025.

Session proposals should be evidenced-based, globally relevant (i.e. not limited to a single institution), encourage cross-sector, cross-country, or cross-organisation collaboration, include the perspective of people with lived experience of cancer, clearly defined objectives and offer practical methods, techniques, or tools, introduce new thinking or challenge current approaches to services delivery, and align with one of the six programme themes of the Congress.
