World Ovarian Cancer Coalition

Our vision is that every woman diagnosed with ovarian cancer has the best chance of survival and the best quality of life – wherever she may live. We raise awareness of ovarian cancer, highlight priorities and actions required to meet this vision. We work to empower our 147 global patient advocacy organisations to drive change at the national and local level. We also work collaboratively with the wider ovarian cancer community (incl. professional bodies) to achieve change. Some of our flagship projects include: World Ovarian Cancer Day and the “Every Woman Study”, which is the most comprehensive study of the experiences of women diagnosed with ovarian cancer ever completed. We are currently working towards the launch of a Global Ovarian Cancer Charter (Sep 2020).
