Warith Foundation for Public Health (WFPH)

he Warith Foundation for Public Health (WFPH) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organisation wholly dedicated to cancer treatment and awareness for patients across Iraq and neighbouring regions. The Foundation is committed to providing a supportive environment for both preventive and curative efforts, offering full coverage of treatment costs for all children, free of charge and without discrimination. It also facilitates subsidised treatment for adult patients through coordination and partnerships with community and governmental institutions.

WFPH delivers a wide range of services across several areas, including early detection initiatives, facilitation of subsidised treatments, mental health and psychosocial support, and the promotion of awareness through national campaigns. Its activities are conducted both online and in-person, with community engagement and the mobilisation of national capacities at the heart of its approach. WFPH collaborates closely with international institutions, including its sister organisation, the Warith International Cancer Institute, to advance its mission.
