Sebeccly Cancer Care and Support Centre

Sebeccly Cancer Care and Support Centre delivers a comprehensive cancer control approach focused on prevention, early detection, treatment, and patient support in Nigeria. Through its outreach programmes, it has provided free breast and cervical cancer screening to over 32,000 women across 100+ underserved communities, while educating more than 2 million people on early detection and cancer prevention (noting that 40% of cancers are preventable).

It maintains the largest NGO-managed breast cancer screening database in the country, with over 33,000 records, and delivers clinical services including breast health assessments, mammograms, and ultrasounds. Over 1,500 patients have received cancer treatment and financial support through partnerships with leading hospitals, alongside access to discounted specialised care and digital health solutions.

Sebeccly also runs a long-standing patient support programme, with 200+ support group meetings benefiting over 10,000 members, and strengthens the health system by training more than 200 healthcare professionals and mobilising a network of 10,000+ cancer advocates to improve access to care and influence policy.
