Rwanda Palliative Care and Hospice Organisation

The RPCHO is part of the technical working group of NCD at Rwanda Biomedical Center where the department of cancer is located. The organisation signed Memorandum of Understanding with Rwanda Ministry of Health to advocate to reduce risk factors of cancer, prevention, treatment, palliative care and developing national cancer control plan. As we are working in developing country, our organisation is advocating for pain control, palliative care and hospice by using different strategies, to influence state or private stakeholders to design, adopt, implement or change practices for quality life up to the end of life.
