London Global Cancer Week

LGCW’s mission is to raise awareness of what is being achieved in cancer control across the World and act as an influential catalyst for positive policy change, improved access to cancer diagnostics and treatment and the reduction of cancer inequities. LGCW provides an independent platform for organisations such as the Commonwealth within the global cancer space. The programme for LGCW 2023 [11-17 November 2023] will present 30+ sessions, including streamed plenary live events and top level round table discussions, online webinars, and hybrid sessions. Themes to be addressed this year include: Alcohol and Cancer, Tobacco Control, Building health care systems resilience post COVID-19, Childhood cancers, Women’s cancers, Universal Health Coverage, Antimicrobial resistance, Cancer prevention, Patient engagement, Investing in cancer control Cancer In Crisis Situations, Oncology Nursing and Cancer Surgery.
