Survivors from all over the world will be sharing their own personal cancer journey and experience during this highly informative session that will be held on Thursday, 16th of November 07:00 till 08:30 UK time / 9:00 till 10:30 Lebanon time - via Zoom.  

Survivors from all over the world will be sharing their own personal cancer journey and experience during this highly informative session that will be held on Thursday, 16th of November 07:00 till 08:30 UK time / 9:00 till 10:30 Lebanon time - via Zoom.  

The session objective is to spread more awareness about childhood cancer and the patient’s journey. The panel aims to participate in educating the community about pediatric cancer from the survivors themselves and how cancer organizations are playing a huge role in their treatment journey.

The session aims to facilitate the sharing of personal stories, provide valuable insights into survivors' needs, promote survivor involvement in decision-making, highlight personalized care, foster dialogue on survivors' choices, empower them, and advocate for policy changes and inclusion.

Description

Moderated by Ms. Janine Korab; Associate Director of Vaccines in MSD and CCCL’s childhood cancer survivor. The session’s program will allow the interaction of audiences with the survivors.
