World Cancer Leaders' Summit 2025 Report

The 2025 World Cancer Leaders’ Summit brought together over 400 leaders and experts from 55 countries in Melbourne, Australia, from 18 to 20 November, to explore the opportunities for ‘Bridging Divides, Building Futures’. The event was co-hosted by Cancer Council Victoria, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre Alliance, the Monash Comprehensive Cancer Consortium, the McCabe Centre for Law and Cancer, and the Melbourne Convention Bureau, continuing Australia’s longstanding commitment to supporting progress and collaborations on cancer control. The Summit gathered the leadership of UICC’s partners and member organisations, including cancer societies, research and cancer centres, professional associations to encourage timely debate on emerging global issues in cancer control.
