Fundación Rebecca De Alba, A.C.

Rebecca de Alba Foundation, A. C. was founded in 2008 as a result of its founder Rebecca de Alba’s sensitivity to support the most vulnerable groups in Mexico, especially children and youth suffering from cancer. This major project began with the organisation of the event "Miles to Fight", which has centred around two activities: sports and entertainment as a means of living aiming at the unification of the Mexican society around a condition considered a public health problem at national and international levels. The Foundation ensures that children have the humanly necessary resources, material and financial support to have access to quality comprehensive medical care. We generate long-term strategic alliances between all public, private sector and society in general. Rebecca de Alba Foundation, A.C. tries to improve quality of life of the population through the development of prevention campaigns and early detection, as well as by means of informing and encouraging changes in habits of life.
