Reports to: Head of Membership Development
Location: Geneva, Switzerland (hybrid working possible, two days a week)
Contract type: Full-time | Temporary (2 months, with possibility of extension)

About this role
Under the guidance of the Head of Membership Development and the Membership Development Specialist, the Membership Data Assistant will provide administrative support to the delivery of activities pertaining to UICC’s membership base.
Main responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities of the Membership Data Assistant include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Support the management of Membership team related data (including its collection and quality control activities)
- Address gaps in existing data and support needs as required in collaboration with the Membership Team
- Support day-to-day logistics and administration
Candidate profile
- Excellent knowledge of excel and experience with a database (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communications skills - interpersonal, written and verbal in English
- Flexible. quick learner and able to work autonomously
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
