'Leading questions' Virtual Dialogue series

A series of Virtual Dialogues examining emerging themes and key questions about leadership in the cancer control space.

Virtual offer header with headphones and computer on desk

Part of UICC's leadership workstream, this series offers anyone with an interest on how we lead and organise our efforts in cancer control, with a space to step out of their daily work and gain a fresh perspective on what it means to lead in today's complex environment.

Probing into some of the emerging trends and changing demands of leadership, each dialogue in the series will bring the perspective of a leader in cancer control or leadership expert on a number of 'leading questions', looking to uncover surprising insights, unexpected approaches and fresh takeaways.

The personal and informal style of these Virtual Dialogues allows for closer connections between guest speakers and the audience. Each session will be dynamic and interactive in form, enabling participants to actively engage with and contribute to the flow of the discussion.

“The greatest danger in times of turbulence, is not the turbulence, it’s acting with yesterday’s logic” - Peter Drucker, Management Consultant and so-called father of management thinking
