Digital strategies series: #3 Digital service delivery

The third dialogue in the series on Digital strategies, this session looked at how to rapidly transform  services so that they work effectively in a remote, online environment. Participants accessed case studies from those who have done it successfully and looked at what works, what doesn't and the processes and tools that might help. Issues included:

  • what makes a good online service;
  • what challenges to look out for;
  • safety and privacy;
  • how to make it manageable.

The Digital strategies dialogue series is delivered by Zoe Amar Digital, a social enterprise and digital agency that helps charities and other nonprofits lead digital change with confidence.

The series consists of four dialogues that address issues of leadership, fundraising and service delivery through a digital lens. Click here to explore the other dialogues in the series and secure your participation.
