A wide variety of cancer cases are presenting at late stages. Despite the poor prognosis of most of them, early detection gives the best treatment outcomes. Thus we have been an advocate for education on early detection and prevention of cancers especially in the rural poor communities where illiteracy abounds and medical services are usually not readily available. Mandate to this, we organize awareness programs at churches, high schools and communities for early detecting and prevention. We also do free breast and cervical screening for women, follow ups for cancer survivals, Health education, and psychological support.
