Dar Zhor offers free complementary therapies to help improve the management of the adverse effects of cancer and its treatment. This includes managing physical and psychological symptoms and side effects from the diagnosis to post-treatment care. The use of these integrative therapies and conventional medicine help treat the patient's body, mind, and spirit. People with cancer can better cope physically and emotionally with conventional cancer treatment. A growing body of evidence shows that timely access to supportive treatments can lead to improvements in quality of life and survival, as well as benefit the health economy. Dar Zhor also contributes to awareness campaigns on all types of cancer through social networks and by organizing special information sessions led by specialists.
