Why girls' health matters now more than ever - Celebrating the International Day of the Girl Child 2020
To celebrate the International Day of the Girl Child 2020, OAFLAD, Gavi, the NCD Alliance, and UICC are co-hosting an interactive discussion to explore how we can centre the voices of girls and women in the global drive to eliminate cervical cancer.
Drawing on regional and global voices, the session will seek to understand how African countries south of the Sahara and the wider global community are accelerating their response and where we have seen success to date. We look forward to being joined by a number of African First Ladies who are championing this effort in their countries.
