PEER visits 2025 for PGMP - Application form

The PEER (Participation, Exchange, Education, Reach) visits support civil society organisations (CSOs) interested to visit a peer (host) organisation for up to two weeks to learn from them in areas they wish to develop.  

Eligibility 

  • Open to UICC full member organisations involved in the Patient Group Mentoring programme.

Please provide details about the organisation you plan to visit during your PEER visit.

Important: Please note that you are responsible for contacting the peer organisation and agreeing with them on the timeline and objectives prior to submitting this application. Please also work with them to complete the template letter of attestation to be submitted with this application.  

Briefly describe why this peer organisation was selected and what you hope to learn from them. 
Please upload a joint attestation letter, using the template provided below, signed by both you and the host organisation. This letter should confirm your mutual agreement for the PEER visit, including the host organisation’s willingness to receive you, the agreed objectives, and the proposed dates of the visit.
