UICC General Assembly

During the General Assembly, full members will elect the new Board of Directors, the President-Elect and will approve the financial accounts.

For the first time, the UICC Awards ceremony will take place at the General Assembly to recognise the outstanding achievements and innovative practices from across the UICC membership. Awards will be given for the following categories:

• The Advocacy with Impact Award
• The Fundraising Award
• The CEO Award
• World Cancer Day Spirit Award
• The Collaboration Award

All UICC members are invited to join the Members’ Reception Event after the closing of the General Assembly.

Registration to the General Assembly

Members wishing to attend the General Assembly can register when doing so to the World Cancer Congress. Please visit www.worldcancercongress.org to register today.

Practical Information

Access to the General Assembly

As a member of UICC and having registered to the World Cancer Congress as a UICC member, delegates can access the General Assembly venue.

• Kindly ensure that your badge indicates the correct UICC Member Organisation name
• Your badge will allow you to enter the General Assembly room
• Only UICC members will be allowed to access the General Assembly room
• For full members, your badge will allow you to pick up your voting material

Voting Materials

Voting materials will be available for pick up by full members on-site. Please allow enough time to pick up the voting materials to avoid the last minute rush.

Please note that the voting materials will be given to the first representative of your organisation that collects it. Only one vote per member organisation is allowed.

Your badge will allow you to pick up the voting materials. Please ensure that you are registered under the right member organisation.

IMPORTANT:

As per UICC Constitution, only member organisations that have paid their membership dues will be allowed to attend the General Assembly. We recommend you check the status of your payments to avoid any concerns on-site.
