World Cancer Congress programme and call for abstracts

Discover the preliminary programme for the 2022 World Cancer Congress and submit an abstract that will be available to all participants.

A diverse programme is already taking shape for the next World Cancer Congress, taking place 18-20 October in Geneva, on the basis over 330 high-quality submissions received from the global health community.

The programme is driven by the theme of accelerating progress towards reducing the global cancer burden and will highlight actions to address key challenges.

Call for Abstracts

The call for abstracts for the World Cancer Congress 2022 is now open and applications can be submitted until 15 April.

Authors of selected abstracts will have the opportunity to play an active role at the Congress and present their work to a global audience.

The best abstracts in each category will receive an award from UICC, and all accepted abstracts will compose an e-library available to Congress participants on a dedicated virtual platform.
