UICC and the Japan National Committee for UICC are pleased to announce the awardees of the 2018 YY Study Grants

The Yamagiwa-Yoshida Memorial International Cancer (YY) Study Grants allow established researchers the opportunity to perform international collaborative projects on cancer control. The five 2018 awardees come from Italy, USA, Ukraine and Hungary and in 2019 will visit the Netherlands, Spain, USA, France and Austria for three months. Their projects will involve improving chemotherapy efficacy, investigating cancer immunity, documenting breast and cervical cancer distribution, and studying EGF signal transduction and extracellular matrix remodelling.
