UICC and UNICANCER sign MoU to strengthen collaboration between the CLCC network and the global community

Sophie Beaupère, Director of Unicancer, and Philippe Guinot, Chief Operating Officer of UICC.

UICC and its French member organisation UNICANCER, a network of 20 centres specialised in cancer care cancer, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which sets out a framework for collaboration aligned with UICC’s strategic priorities, notably people-centred cancer care, equitable access, women’s cancers, and lung health, as well as with UNICANCER’s thematic focus across its federation of comprehensive cancer centres (CLCCs).

The partnership will prioritise knowledge exchange through UICC Connect, joint engagement around World Cancer Day, participation in UICC’s events, notably the World Cancer Congress 2026, and opportunities to contribute to the new World Cancer Declaration 2025-2035, to be launched at the upcoming World Cancer Leaders' Summit.
