Our organization is dedicated to strengthening cancer control in Kosovo through patient-centered initiatives and cross-border collaboration. We focus on three main areas: Awareness & Early Detection: We lead national education campaigns such as Race for the Cure and Know Your Lemons, raising awareness on breast and cervical cancer, promoting screening, and reducing stigma. Patient Support & Advocacy: We provide psychosocial support, counseling, and navigation services for patients and their families. At the policy level, we advocate for improved access to medicines, timely diagnosis, and the inclusion of patient voices in national cancer-control strategies. Regional & European Collaboration: We actively engage in cross-border initiatives and international networks (Think Pink Europe, Europa Donna, Cancer Patients Europe, ABC Global Alliance), sharing expertise, conducting patient surveys, and co-developing regional solutions in screening, registries, and survivorship. Through these efforts, our organization acts as a bridge between patients, health professionals, policymakers, and international partners—ensuring that cancer control in Kosovo becomes more equitable, sustainable, and aligned with European standards.
