Asociación Mexicana de Lucha Contra el Cáncer A.C.

Asociación Mexicana de Lucha Contra el Cáncer A.C. has a main goal of generating programs for all cancer care in Mexico. Their specific objectives are to promote the culture of cancer prevention through conferences, educational campaigns, workshops, conferences for the prevention and early detection of cancer, to promote the training of doctors, nurses, technicians and other cancer-related (dealing with population), to support low-income patients without Social Security, and to advocate and influence public policies for prevention and cancer control, combining efforts with other institutions for similar purposes, both nationally and internationally. In 1995, Asociación Mexicana de Lucha Contra el Cáncer A.C. became associate UICC member.
