EACR Signaling Circuits in Cancer

Discover the hidden world of cancer signaling circuits with leading experts at this EACR Virtual Conference!

This conference will focus on basic mechanisms controlling cancer cell signaling circuits at the epigenome, transcriptome, proteome, and phosphoproteome levels. The talks will also focus on therapeutic targeting of cancer cell signaling circuits by conventional and emerging pharmacological strategies, and the mechanistic aspects of post translational and transcriptional regulation of cancer cell signaling, as well as large OMICS-based global understanding of cancer cell signaling circuits.

The target audience for this conference is scientists in academia and industry who are interested in the most recent developments in non-genetic signaling mechanisms and their roles in cancer progression and therapy resistance.

Speakers: Bernhard Kuster (Technical University of München, Germany), Yaara Oren (Tel Aviv University, Israel), Mariangela Russo (University of Turin, Italy), Jean-Emmanuel Sarry (Toulouse Cancer Research Center, France), Sydney Shaffer (University of Pennsylvania, USA), Mutsuhiro Takekawa (University of Tokyo, Japan), Stephin Vervoort (Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, Australia), Jukka Westermarck (Turku Bioscience Centre, Finland)

Keywords: cancer signaling circuits, cancer tissue phenotypes, targeted cancer therapies, cancer therapy resistance, non-genetic signaling rewiring, post-translational protein regulation, transcriptional gene regulation, cancer progression, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, phosphoproteomics, kinases and phosphatases, cancer cell plasticity, cancer research, oncology
