2019/20 UICC Award Nomination Form

The World Cancer Day Spirit Award recognises and encourages UICC member organisations who demonstrate a generous collaborative spirit in their World Cancer Day activities. 

The World Cancer Day Spirit Award recognises a truly collaborative World Cancer Day campaign.

Representative

This is the person who in principle would receive the award on behalf of the organisation at the Award Ceremony at the 2021 World Cancer Congress. Should your initiative be among the three short-listed, this person will be interviewed by video conference by the jury during July / August 2020. ​
