Deadline looming for African Cancer Fellowship call

The call for proposals the new UICC fellowship opportunity for Africa will close in less than a week’s time, on Thursday 30 November 2017.

Header Paragraph

The African Cancer Fellowship programme aims to enable health care workers in Africa to improve cancer outcomes. This opportunity is for you if you are looking to improve current services, scale up access to services locally, nationally or regionally or test the implementation of new services or solutions.

20 awards of approximately US $3,000 will be available for a one month visit to an organisation in another country to learn skills to be shared with the fellow’s home network. There will also be an opportunity for at least 10 awardees to participate in a knowledge sharing workshop at the World Cancer Congress  in Kuala Lumpur in October 2018 and a Common Interest Network will be established where fellows can exchange their learning with each other in a best practice network.

Please do not hesitate to spread this information throughout your network to anyone who might be interested in applying. See the Flyer below for more details.
