Updating the On-line Profile

Don’t forget to update your on-line profile. This is a tool to be used to update your organisations’ activities which are displayed on the UICC website at It is also an opportunity to showcase your work among other members and the international cancer community in general.

Through your online profile you can update the contact details of your organisation, which we will keep for internal use only. Maintaining your profile up-to-date will ensure receiving relevant information about UICC activities and other useful information on latest developments for cancer.

In addition, you are able to configure your password, so you can update your account with new information (contacts or activities) at anytime in the future. Please see directions on How to login to Member Online Profile.

ICCC5 - 5th International Cancer Control Congress

Organised by the International Cancer Control Congress Association  

The 5th International Cancer Control Congress (ICCC5) will build on the success and achievements of previous ICCCs. ICCC5 will continue to raise cancer/NCD control awareness, promote knowledge transfer, support capacity building, improve participation and promote collaboration between organizations, institutions, policy, practice and civil society to enhance global control of cancer and non-communicable diseases.The purpose of the Congress is to discuss ‘what would be necessary to convert our current knowledge of cancer control into directions and actions that will enhance population cancer and NCD outcomes?’ The current state of knowledge will be referenced in Congress pre-reading materials and through plenary presentation(s).

IPOS Congress "Innovation in Psycho-Oncology”

The 15th World Congress of Psycho-Oncology and Psychosocial Academy will bring together professionals in diverse fields from around the globe who dialogue about improving cancer care on an international level and developing strategies to add psychosocial issues to all aspects of cancer control. The attendees include, but are not limited to, physicians, social workers, nurses, psychologists, rehabilitation specialists, epidemiologists, social scientists and educators.

3rd Guangzhou International Symposium on Oncology

When: 7-9 November 2013
Where: Guangzhou, China
Organised by the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center – China

The symposium is being jointly organized with the Guangdong Provincial Anticancer Association, the US Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (USCACA) and the Chinese Journal of Cancer. This meeting is convened to address the latest advances on cancer care research and prevention, and provide an international platform for oncologists to exchange their latest progress. The symposium will be the occasion of a high level academic gathering, playing an important role to promote cancer care and research on an international scale.The organizing committee is inviting Nobel price laureates, Chinese and international academicians, as well as many leading oncology experts to share their perspective on the current status of cancer research (basic, clinical and translational).

Advanced Breast Cancer Second International Consensus Conference (ABC2)

Global Controversies and Advances in Skin Cancer (GC-SC 2013)

2nd International Gastrointestinal Cancers Conference

When: 13-15 December 2013
Where: Antalya, Turkey
Organised by: Hacettepe University Institute of Oncology & Medical Oncology Society - Turkey

This international gastrointestinal scientific event is endorsed by international societies and will include all gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, pancreatic malignancies as well as NETs, GISTs and gastrointestinal lymphomas and issues related to the care of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.
