Contribute to creating an attractive programme for +3,500 expected participants

Unlike conventional events, the Congress draws its success from the extensive knowledge and experiences of the global cancer community, who can actively participate in designing a diverse and forward-looking programme.

This is an opportunity for any individual involved with cancer control to contribute towards the programme development. We welcome session proposals from all fields: advocacy, cancer care, fundraising, marketing, medicine, palliative care, partnerships, patient groups, pharmaceutics, policy-making, prevention, research and technology.

We encourage you to start brainstorming with peers about innovative and inspiring topics that could compose one of the seven themes of the Congress. We will soon announce the set dates of the call for sessions, and we look forward to receiving your proposal during September and October 2019, which will help us shape the 2020 World Cancer Congress programme. Stay tuned!

Going forward, we will continually expand our online content and keep you up to date with the latest Congress information on www.worldcancercongress.org.
