World Cancer Day Community Service Event

The Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity at The University of Southern Mississippi, conducted a community service event utilizing the Cancer logo. We passed out over 400 logo stickers and encouraged students to wear the logo in honor of world cancer day. We also educated students about the declaration and asked them to sign it. Pamphlets were given out at our table that explained healthy ways of living and how to prevent cancer. We took lots of pictures, passed out candy and motivated students to check out the website. Lastly, we collected donations and sent a money order to the UICC.
