UICC is comprised of a wealth and variety of members who share a passion to eliminate cancer as a life-threatening disease for future generations.

The current UICC membership comprises more than 1158 member organisations in 172 countries and territories.

Full membership

Annual Fee: 3,000 CHF (Swiss francs*)

This category of membership is available to organisations that are substantially engaged in cancer control, support UICC’s objectives and have appropriate organisational structures.

Associate membership

Annual Fee: 1,500 CHF (Swiss francs*)

This category of membership is available to organisations, networks or entities that support UICC’s objectives.

*Organisations from low- and middle-income countries may apply for a reduction. UICC uses the World Bank classification of economies as a reference to grant discounts on annual membership fees.

UICC launched the Global Network Membership (GNM) initiative in 2010 to give a broader spectrum of patient support groups the opportunity to be involved in the three priority areas of global cancer control. However, the GNM initiative is no longer available for new organisations.
