Slovenia - 5th Cervical Cancer Prevention Week Actions and Plans

  • The cervical cancer will start with press conference on January 20th to promote the fifth Slovenian Cervical Cancer Prevention Week.
  • Number of seminars on HPV vaccination for teenagers and their parents will be organised in high-schools across the Ljubljana and number copies of the ECCA‟s Cervical Cancer Screening brochures will be printed and distributed to the general public in Slovenia.
  • Medical students will organize cervical cancer awarness campaign, One of the students will also prepare an article based on ECCA material to get more women aware to use all the prevention measures (screening program, vaccination, HPV testing) already available in the country.
