The Liga Contra el Cáncer Cajamarca received a CCI seed grant for their project called: "Early detection and monitoring from patients with premalignant and malignant lesions of cervix uteri in Cajamarca-Peru"

The project contains four components, each of which is illustrated by the photographs that can be found in the album below.

The areas of work are:
1. Training of professionals
2. Implementation of a prevention centre
3. Detection, diagnosis and treatment campaigns
4. Research in early screening

The project is ongoing.
