As the son of a cancer sufferer, I would like to assist with the raising of funds for cancer research and Hospice that look after cancer patients in their final days. The proposal is to travel from the South Pole to the North Pole and back to the South Pole. Any assistance with this project would be appreciated. The drive would take the group to between 72 and 75 countries to raise the awareness of cancer. The drive is planned from Antarctica to South America to North America to the Arctic. From the Arctic, the group will travel via Greenland, Asia, Europe and Africa back to the Antarctic.

With this awareness drive, I would like to make the world aware of the increase of breast as well as pancreatic cancer and the importance of early detection. The event is being planned for the whole year of 2014.
