The Indian Institute of Head and Neck Oncology, under the Indore Cancer Foundation is organising a two day certificate course for Nurses in Essentials of Palliative Care. The areas covered include wound and bed sore management,high touch low tech approaches in palliative care, communication skills and home care of the terminally sick.Distinguished fculty including Dr M.R.Raj Gopal from Pllium India Trivandrum, would be the Course Chairman. Dr Ms Sanghamitra Bora from Calcutta would be a faculty. Indian Institute of Head and Neck Oncology would endeavour to provide maximum nurse to patient exposure.
