Here are some highlights: Header Paragraph Delegate attendance 2,700 participants from 115 countries 120 sessions presented by 350 speakers Over 600 abstracts were presented, now available to consult in the online e-library of the Wiley Asia-Pacific Journal of Oncology A buzzing Global Village with many highlights included: 52 international organisations representing 5 continents and 17 countries First Peoples’ Networking Space with many activities including the PapScreen Comedy and the Yarning Health Radio Programme The Bupa Health Lounge with free massages and a golfing fundraising activity The Media Bubble supported by ACS with many interviews soon to be broadcasted on worldcancercongress.org just outside the GV The WCC Photo Booth with its fun photo shots available on twitter #cancercongress and Instagram The Love Hope Strength Foundation, led by Mike Peters who rocked the Congress The French League Against Cancer transporting Melbourne delegates to Paris with their Parisian photo stand The Welcome Reception with its VIP guests Including a koala, a wombat, a lizard, a snake and giant seagulls Cancer Council Australia raising awareness on skin cancer prevention with its sun protection products Mark your calendar 2016 World Cancer Congress | 31 Oct - 3 NovParis, France Hosted by the French League Against Cancer and ALIAM, we are keen for you to share your ideas with us and get on board now.
