Tokyo Metropolitan Komagome Hospital

Tokyo Metropolitan Komagome Hospital was founded in 1879, when it was founded as a choleraisolation hospital in Tokyo at the request of the central government at Komagome village, a suburb of Tokyo.

The hospital was rebuilt in 1971, for becoming the hospital which treats cancer and infectious diseases. In 1975 it started as a new hospital. It now has a staff of over 1000 employees.

In 1993 Tokyo Metropolitan Kamagome Hospital became a full member of UICC.
