Niigata Cancer Centre was established in 1958 as a facility that deals with diagnosis and treatment of cnacer, clinical research of cancer, and training of medical and co-medical professionals.

Niigata has over 550 members and has an extensive hospital and clinical laboratory to serve the needs of patients and their families.

Since 1989, Niigata has been full UICC member.
