The National Cancer Control Programme of Ireland is a publically funded National Programme of the Health Services Executive (funded by the Department of Health). We are responsible for cancer prevention, screening programmers, allocation of funding for surgical, radiation and medical oncology and national guidelines, policies and quality assurance for cancer services.
