Fundación Boliviana Contra el Cáncer is a non-profit institution, created in the city of La Paz, Bolivia, dated July 24, 1969 at the initiative of Mrs. Doris A. by Howson. In 1986 the Senate, as a parent organization in the fight against cancer, made a valuable contribution in highlighting the health field. Their Mission is to reduce cancer mortality in Bolivia, through education, prevention and early detection while being a leading institution in the fight against cancer. Since 1970, Fundación Boliviana Contra el Cáncer has been an associate UICC member.
