Child Cancer Foundation of Tonga's main activities are:
- Capacity building of the CCFT through establishing an office with necessary equipment, and building a network with other organizations
- Ensuring financial sustainability through annual fundraising
- Providing support for families of children with cancer through provision of monthly support for telephone, transport, and groceries bills
- Promoting the understanding of the nature of childhood cancer in the general public and to be an advocate for children with cancer and their families - through public awareness programmes such as TV programmes, publicity of International Child Cancer Day, Tonga Cancer Day, and Memorial Day.
- Planning a long term plan for financial and medical support for children with cancer.

Child Cancer Foundation of Tonga became a UICC member in July 2009.
