The Breast Cancer Welfare Association (BCWA) is a non-profit tax exempt voluntary organization founded in 1986, with the aim of offering peer support to women with breast cancer in Malaysia.

Its mission; a volunteer or a trained breast cancer survivor uses her experience to help another woman recovering from breast cancer.

In November of 2005 BCWA became full UICC member.
