International Society of Advance Care Planning & End of Life Care Conference 2011
The International Society of Advance Care Planning and End of Life Care (ACPEL) has organised a conference on Advance Care Planning: Making it happen – “No decision about me without me” from June 22 to 24 in London, United Kingdom.
ACPEL, established at the inaugural International Conference on Advance Care Planning held in Melbourne, Australia in April 2010, will be officially launched at the conference in London.
