The Times Of India in association with Billroth Hospitals on the occasion of World Cancer Day which falls on February 4, 2012. The activation revolves around street theatre performances at 4 venues in Chennai, viz., Anna Nagar Tower Park, Elliots Beach, Express Avenue Mall and Ampa Mall, on February 4th and 5th. Each performance is for about 20-30 minutes and the theme is HOPE. The audience will be made aware of the causes of cancer, how it can be possibly prevented, the importance of early detection and advances in medicine that have made cancer less fatal.
